About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day management of multiple brand and property clients under senior team member supervision
- Research and synthesize information, conduct analyses, and develop strategic plans, market landscapes, partnership point-of-view reports, and presentations
- Monitor and analyze sponsorship and market trends across sports, entertainment, and culture
- Translate data trends into insights and strategic recommendations
- Use THE·TEAM tools to capture, identify, and value brand exposure across sponsorship assets
- Analyze sponsorship performance across channels and synthesize data into client reporting insights and recommendations
- Learn and use proprietary sponsorship valuation and measurement models to inform client ROI
- Script, program, and field custom research surveys with target audiences
- Use syndicated, proprietary, and other tools to extract consumer insights and support client decision-making
- Support project management, including milestones and reporting cadence
- Collaborate on client deliverables such as presentations, reporting tools, and supporting materials
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients to grow the business portfolio
- Support the Global Strategy and Consulting team on new business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years direct experience or knowledge of the Corporate Sponsorship/Marketing industry either from the Brands or Properties perspective
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel
- Understanding of syndicated research tools preferred (e.g. Scarborough, GWI)
- Innate curiosity, proactive thinking, and ability to isolate key insights for practical strategic recommendations
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to create rapport with clients and colleagues
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to think creatively and tell a compelling story, particularly through PowerPoint decks
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, deliver on tight deadlines, and adapt to ambiguity and changing needs
- Requirement for three (3) days in closest THE·TEAM office location
