About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take full ownership of the assigned e-commerce market and drive daily operations
- Own performance targets and drive initiatives to meet sales and profitability goals
- Track, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales data
- Identify trends and opportunities and optimize performance using insights
- Support planning and own execution of product launches and marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior
- Conduct regular site checks and ensure smooth functionality
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Flag stock issues and maintain accurate product information
- Identify conversion opportunities and work with the CRO Manager to test and roll out improvements
- Lead and contribute to projects that grow sales, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management
- Track record of delivering measurable growth
- Experience in Food & Beverage, consumer goods, lifestyle, health & wellness, or similar industries is a plus
- Fluent English is required
- German, French, or another European language is a strong plus
- Analytically driven, with working knowledge of analytic tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce innovations, tools, and technologies
- Experience with Shopify strongly preferred
