About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the supply plan for the assigned portfolio
Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply plans and maintain optimal stock levels across warehouses
Create, adjust, and track purchase orders based on forecast updates and business priorities
Engage with suppliers to manage lead times, resolve delays, and prevent service risks
Monitor inbound flows and stock levels while balancing availability with shelf-life requirements
Plan product launches and phase-outs in collaboration with Demand Planning, Portfolio, Production, Order Management, and Commercial teams
Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, lead time, or excess inventory
Track supply planning KPIs, investigate recurring issues, and improve planning processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, production planning, or S&OP
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with planning systems and data
Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity
Hands-on mentality and high level of ownership
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and suppliers
Motivation to continuously improve processes and ways of working
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
German is a plus
