About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete three 12-month rotations in Project Management, Product Management, Segment Sales Development, or Applications Engineering
- Build experience across product design, manufacturing, product strategy, and customer applications
- Build knowledge of market segments, customer needs, and industry trends through market research and customer engagement
- Analyze market opportunities, target accounts, sales performance, market share, and competitive positioning
- Support customer acquisition, retention, business development, and sales growth initiatives
- Plan, execute, and track cross-functional projects, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop project schedules, status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
- Analyze project performance data and metrics to identify process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiency
- Build product knowledge and support portfolio management, customer engagement, market research, and competitive analysis
- Conduct financial and commercial analysis, including pricing and profitability evaluations
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, and business case preparation
- Develop customer solutions and technical quotations
- Participate in customer visits and field experiences with Sales and Engineering teams
- Translate customer insights into product solutions and business opportunities
- Support technical product positioning and customer engagement
- Develop and deliver customer and manufacturer representative training, including Level 1 training programs
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Operations teams
- Analyze technical data and customer feedback to support decision-making
- Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities in products, processes, and customer experience
- Transition into a full-time role after successful completion of the program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Graduation date of May 2027
- Proven interest in leadership development and intellectual curiosity with a strong desire and commitment to grow into future leadership positions
- Strong technical foundation with demonstrated technical acumen and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in team environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret technical and business data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and accountability
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete all required pre-employment screenings
