About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage Fund Onboarding projects across multiple fund domiciles, fund structures, and product types from structuring and planning through regulatory approval and operational launch
Act as project manager and coordination point throughout the end-to-end onboarding process
Work with investment managers, legal advisers, Fund Boards, Conducting Officers/Designated Persons, external service providers, and internal teams
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, including ownership and escalation
Maintain knowledge of Luxembourg and EU investment-fund regulations, including UCITS, AIFMD/AIFMD II, AML/CFT, and SFDR
Provide guidance and support to team members and escalate complex onboarding issues to Management
Improve onboarding procedures and controls, implement changes, and provide training
Maintain accurate Salesforce, Compass, Pipelines, and management information throughout onboarding
Participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities and keep the team informed of operating and regulatory changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

An internationally recognized professional qualification
Minimum 6 years’ experience in an investment funds environment
Knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS and MiFID
Client facing background with presentation and project management skills
Enhanced interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
Analytical skills to collect and analyze information, solve problems, and make decisions under minimal supervision
Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments
