About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for residential and non-residential buildings
- Present case studies from projects, training experience, or project reports in sustainable and energy-efficient construction
- Support course participants’ skills development as a subject-matter contributor and learning facilitator
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience assessing buildings according to the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and במסגרת the Climate-Friendly New Construction (KFN) program
- Experience preparing and evaluating LCAs using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer
- Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
- Recognition as an energy efficiency expert
- Excellent proficiency in the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Initial experience in internal training, continuing education, or presenting case studies
- Strong methodological and didactic skills for communicating educational content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
