About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional experience in Controlling and Business Intelligence (2+ years)
Extensive knowledge of Controlling and Business Intelligence
Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related field and/or professional experience in relevant areas
Knowledge of AI fundamentals in reporting
Knowledge of data analysis and visualization
Knowledge of forecasting and scenario planning
Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection
Knowledge of understanding and evaluating processes with AI
Knowledge of self-service Business Intelligence
Experience with Power BI
Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred
Ability to use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) effectively to support work processes
Include an overview of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling and Business Intelligence with your application
Excellent command of German, the training language (C2)
Modern teaching methods and empathetic learner support
Several years of professional experience as an online trainer, ideally in the context of publicly funded continuing education
Use of innovative teaching methods during synchronous online sessions
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working as part of a team
