About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction at the Dresden-Nord location (20%) and from a home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D (80%)
- Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight
- Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market
- Design instruction both as a subject-matter presenter and as a learning facilitator
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training, technician qualification, or engineering degree in automation technology
- Knowledge of programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning automation systems
- Experience with the specialized programming of Siemens PLCs using TIA
- Knowledge of technology and communication objects, visualization, and machine safety
- Knowledge of networking technology
- Knowledge of TIA: PROFIBUS, PROFINET, AS-i, OPC UA
- Knowledge of control engineering and measurement technology
- Very good command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
- Basic knowledge of SIMIT software is an advantage
- AEVO certification or comparable pedagogical training is desirable
- Strong methodological and didactic skills
- Independent and structured way of working, with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
