About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop learning materials related to the curriculum
- Conduct competency assessments
- Support course participants in developing their competencies
- Teach professional skills and support participants’ integration into the labor market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or university degree
- At least two years of professional experience, including billing expertise
- Proven, training-ready knowledge of practice management
- Knowledge of G-BA guidelines and contracts for patients covered by statutory health insurance (GKV)
- Knowledge of billing in dental practices in accordance with EBM (BEMA), GOÄ, and GOZ
- Experience with dental practice software (e.g., Charly) and quality management
- In-depth knowledge of digital healthcare and digital health technologies
- Initial experience in teaching or training, such as in-house training, workshops, or seminars
- Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g., AEVO certification, or at least one year of experience providing adult education and training
- Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and innovative lesson design
- Very good command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
