About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
- Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
- Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) for residential and non-residential buildings
- Incorporate case studies from projects, training experience, or project reports related to sustainable and energy-efficient construction
- Support participants’ skills development as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
- Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building services engineering
- Several years of professional experience assessing buildings under the Quality Seal for Sustainable Buildings (QNG) and במסגרת the Climate-Friendly New Construction program
- Experience preparing and evaluating Life Cycle Assessments using Hottgenroth, ECO-CAD, and ETU-Planer
- Additional qualification in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for buildings
- Recognized as an energy efficiency expert
- Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Initial experience in internal training, professional development, or presenting case studies
- Strong methodological and teaching skills for communicating course content
- Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
