Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver instruction
Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum
Conduct competency assessments
Support course participants in developing their competencies
Deliver subject-matter content as an instructor and learning facilitator
Support people in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the labor market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualification as an IT Specialist in Systems Integration or equivalent
At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience
Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
Knowledge of Linux is an advantage
Interest in AI and ChatGPT, with the ability to integrate these technologies into instruction
Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
Strong methodological and instructional skills in conveying educational content
Independent, structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibility
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
Excellent command of the language of instruction, German (C2 level)
