About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Apply a variety of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
Prepare and develop teaching materials in accordance with the curriculum
Conduct competency assessments
Support course participants in expanding their professional skills and integrating into the job market
Represent the field with passion and foresight
Act as a source of expertise and learning facilitator in lesson planning and delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience
Professional experience configuring and administering Microsoft servers
Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
Linux knowledge is an advantage
Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into teaching
Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
Evidence of pedagogical aptitude, e.g. an instructor qualification under AEVO
Strong methodological and didactic skills in communicating learning content
Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Excellent command of German, the language of instruction, at C2 level
