Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver subject-specific instruction from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Apply a range of teaching methods to design and deliver lessons
Prepare and develop learning materials based on the curriculum
Conduct skills assessments
Support course participants in developing their skills
Teach specialist content as a subject-matter expert and learning facilitator
Represent the subject area with passion and foresight

Requirements

What you’ll need

Training as an IT Specialist in Application Development or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of demonstrable professional experience
Strong knowledge and skills in various areas of software development and information technology
Comprehensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
Practical experience in software development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Knowledge of software architecture and design
Knowledge of virtualization, particularly Hyper-V
Knowledge of operating systems, system architecture, and security practices
Interest in and ability to integrate AI and ChatGPT into lessons
Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher is an advantage
Proof of pedagogical qualification, such as an instructor qualification under AEVO
Strong methodological and didactic skills in delivering educational content
Independent, structured approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
