About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver subject-specific online instruction from a home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®
- Plan, design, and deliver engaging lessons using a variety of teaching and learning methods
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve instructional and teaching materials
- Prepare and conduct assessments of learning outcomes
- Contribute to quality assurance measures
- Support course participants on their path to successful learning
- Help participants develop their professional skills in a targeted manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree specializing in human resources management, personnel administration, or employment law, or comparable further training
- Several years of practical experience in human resources management, particularly employment law
- A teaching qualification, such as the AEVO trainer certification, is desirable
- Enjoyment of delivering practical knowledge and presenting complex topics in an accessible way
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Excellent German language skills at C2 level
