Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver subject-specific instruction remotely from a home office via WBS LearnSpace 3D®
Prepare and follow up on course content
Provide active, individualized support to participants throughout their learning journeys
Develop and apply a range of teaching methods
Prepare and conduct learning assessments
Facilitate learning in accordance with the IHK framework curriculum
Contribute to quality assurance initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or real estate clerk
Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
Extensive subject-matter expertise in at least three of the specified real estate disciplines
Proof of teaching aptitude (trainer qualification in accordance with AEVO)
Experience as a trainer, lecturer, instructor, or teacher
Experience using the DOMUS 1000 property management software (preferred)
Very good command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level)
