About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the Rosie Community experience, including onboarding, communications cadence, and touchpoints
  • Maintain and update community value proposition messaging across onboarding, communications, and engagement materials
  • Ensure consistency in community voice, responsiveness, and experience across all touchpoints
  • Build and run the day-to-day tiered engagement program and recommend tier or messaging adjustments
  • Monitor community segmentation accuracy and implement recommended updates
  • Design and run nurture-stage communications and track talent progression through journey stages
  • Design and launch re-engagement campaigns for dormant or low-signal talent and report on signal-freshness improvements
  • Own the community platform day to day and lead migration away from legacy tools
  • Partner with Marketing on demand-aligned content, owning the calendar and cadence
  • Own the support model, triage unresolved cases, identify recurring themes, and route persistent gaps
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the course/cohort calendar, logistics, communications, enrollment, and cohort operations
  • Direct the cohort model, including milestones, enrollment, delivery logistics, and outcome and placement data
  • Operate credentialing and signaling mechanics, issue credentials, and maintain segmentation-linked signals
  • Own logistics and administrative follow-through for approved learning partnerships
  • Keep course content and positioning aligned with active client demand
  • Represent Community needs and intelligence requirements to Product in roadmap discussions
  • Monitor portal data quality, workflow friction, and engagement gaps
  • Support Product assessments of tools, integrations, learning resources, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Validate data requirements and ensure intelligence outputs are understood and actioned
  • Translate data analysis into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Distribute intelligence outputs and operational context to Client Experience and Business Development
  • Monitor engagement dashboards and recommend experience adjustments based on trends
  • Surface supply gaps and engagement trends to stakeholders
  • Track quarterly goals across four pillars and flag blockers and trade-offs
  • Identify automation opportunities and partner with teams to implement them
  • Align communications strategy with talent segmentation, priority roles, and supply gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passionate about community-building and creating experiences that feel human
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles such as Community Manager, Community Programs Manager, or Community Marketing Manager
  • 2+ years of experience in cohort-based program management, learning operations, or course/bootcamp delivery, managing enrollment funnels, milestones, and learning calendar end-to-end
  • Experience managing community moderator programs
  • Familiarity with community and LMS platforms; Discourse and Moodle preferred
  • Experience leading a platform migration, tool transition, or other significant change management initiative within a community or member base
  • Comfortable representing member/user needs to a Product team and translating feedback into clear and actionable input
  • Comfortable taking finished data analysis from a data partner and translating it into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting Community member-facing copy, stakeholder updates, and internal documentation in a brand-aligned and authentic way
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • High emotional intelligence and a track record of building trust and relationships
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while keeping the experience consistent, thoughtful, and on-brand
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset
  • Alignment with company core values
  • Practical experience leveraging agentic workflows or AI-driven community tools is a nice-to-have
  • Experience directing or coordinating the work of a part-time or contract team member is a nice-to-have
