About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for 8–10 advisor teams
- Conduct proactive campaign planning sessions aligned with team-level business goals
- Partner with Advisor Marketing Consultants on regional growth priorities
- Support advisor teams in executing marketing goals and initiatives, with a strong focus on event coordination
- Align advisor team marketing plans with corporate marketing offerings and growth initiatives
- Use the Advisor Marketing Platform for events, email, and social strategies
- Pull Salesforce reports, analyze dashboards, present client data, create campaigns, and report results and final budgets
- Lead campaign planning and execution using FMG Suite, Canva, Wistia, Wrike, and Salesforce
- Coordinate collateral development, content customization, email/social/web campaigns, event support, and vendor communications
- Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Web, and Compliance teams for timely asset execution and approval
- Track results and share post-campaign insights and optimizations
- Leverage AI tools to increase content speed and streamline recurring marketing processes
- Build relationships with financial advisors and identify success stories and best practices
- Serve as the central knowledge hub for assigned teams’ marketing strategy and execution
- Keep internal stakeholders informed of campaigns, blockers, and advisor feedback
- Document work and processes, and educate and train advisors and staff on marketing recommendations, collateral, and tools
- Research marketing ideas and trends and make recommendations
- Own advisor enablement projects as needed
- Participate in team meetings, creative brainstorms, and campaign showcases
- Contribute to new tools, templates, and campaign frameworks
- Identify opportunities to scale successful ideas across advisor teams
- Use approved AI and digital tools to improve service quality and efficiency while validating accuracy, privacy, and business alignment
- Identify and escalate inaccurate information, knowledge gaps, and digital-tool issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in marketing or sales enablement preferred
- Financial services marketing experience beneficial, but not required
- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to function in Wistia, Wrike, Canva, and FMG Suite is a plus
- Ability to learn new applications, technologies and AI quickly
- Proficiency in working with CRM systems required; Salesforce a plus
- Ability to manage multiple team relationships and priorities concurrently
- Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and content development skills
- Travel 2–7 times per year to support team initiatives and events
- Candidates must be located in either the EST (preferred) or CST time zones
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and use computer systems
