About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the financial advisory team to actively manage client relationships and provide client service
- Assist Financial Advisors during client meetings and with follow-up
- Take meeting notes and promptly enter them into the CRM
- Present financial advice or plans to clients with the Financial Advisor
- Meet with clients to obtain additional planning information or clarify or confirm information
- Analyze clients’ current investments and insurance policies
- Place trades and manage accounts
- Prepare annual client reviews
- Systematize the review process using the CRM system
- Gather data for client reviews and review client files for additional sales opportunities
- Create reviews using the Wealth Enhancement Group review system
- Monitor the percentage of clients reviewed during the prior calendar year
- Create financial plans based on clients’ financial goals
- Prepare client information for presentation to the Roundtable when required
- Work with the Financial Planning department when required
- Participate in trainings, educational events, and coaching programs
- Use advisor/client-facing technology proficiently
- Adhere to the Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Requires a 4-year degree; business, finance, economics preferred
- Advanced designation or working toward obtaining (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.)
- Series 7 and 66 (BD/RIA)
- Series 65 (RIA Only)
- Insurance Licenses
- 2+ years of experience within the wealth management industry
- Ability to prepare client reviews and assist in meetings with senior advisors
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Engagement in the community
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and use computer systems
