About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a product-led growth roadmap to improve business outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data
- Lead a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science, user research, and marketing to define the product roadmap
- Solicit feedback from and create alignment with executives
- Partner with marketing on client acquisition and product adoption strategies across referrals, organic, paid, and lifecycle channels
- Improve signup conversion, adoption of financial services, and share of wallet among existing clients
- Shape client acquisition, activation, and referral flywheels
- Develop experimentation strategies to efficiently learn and measure impact while supporting client financial outcomes and business growth
- Track and respond to macroeconomic, demographic, technology, and other opportunity signals
- React quickly to new insights and product launches with high-leverage opportunities
- Maintain a long-term view alongside near-term opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Product Management experience, including in a product-led growth role
- Strong strategic thinking informed by deeply understanding the business and client needs/motivations
- Executional, action-oriented mindset with an eagle eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adept at driving alignment around trade-off decisions based on quickly changing product and company priorities
- Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem solving
