About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Weave’s executive leadership and C-Team in crafting and executing corporate strategy
  • Run BizOps and internal consulting projects, primarily supporting the Payments and RCM business unit
  • Lead strategy and execution projects for the Head of Product, GM of Payments, VP of Partnerships, CRO, and other departments
  • Develop revenue growth strategies for payments, pricing models, and partnerships
  • Analyze internal business practices, identify operational bottlenecks, and provide executive-level optimization recommendations
  • Develop Weave’s three-year Strategy Model covering vision, values, focus areas, objectives, KPIs, and major initiatives
  • Build response plans for competitors and market trends
  • Analyze Weave’s strategic position using SWOT and other strategy frameworks
  • Assist the CEO and C-Team with leadership meetings, workshops, offsites, and Board meetings
  • Identify new markets, conduct initial research, and help align resources for new industries and international expansions
  • Identify strategic partnerships for Weave’s payments and RCM product lines
  • Identify acquisition targets and perform M&A due diligence
  • Help lead post-merger integration efforts
  • Produce competitive intelligence and analysis focused on payments and RCM competitors, industry leaders, and startups
  • Report to the Sr. Director of Strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, revenue operations, or a related field
  • Experience in the payments and RCM industry preferred
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a quantitative field (STEM)
  • 3-4+ years of SaaS experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks and developing 1-3 year organizational strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Sigma/Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and similar data tools
  • Ability to simplify complex data into insightful recommendations
  • Experience with financial modeling preferred but not required
  • Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations to senior management, including VP and C-Team levels
  • Ability to create executive-quality PowerPoint presentations and concise analytical memos
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate competing stakeholder interests and resolve issues diplomatically
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups and lead cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and solving problems without known solutions
  • Ability to handle strict or changing deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid Form I-9 documentation
  • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
