About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design end-to-end single sign-on and authentication experiences, including setup, identity configuration, MFA, error, and recovery states
- Design enterprise user-management flows, including SSO configuration, group mapping, custom roles, and access patterns
- Shape multi-location organization models, including workspaces, organizational hierarchy, and account switching
- Create reusable platform patterns for other product teams and contribute them to the Design System
- Partner daily with the product manager and engineering manager on the Users Infra roadmap, scoping, and sequencing
- Conduct customer conversations and use Pendo and Sigma insights to guide product direction
- Identify dependencies and overlaps between Users Infra and other Weave product surfaces
- Improve surrounding work through critique, mentorship, and documentation for engineers
- Report to the Product Design Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years designing software products
- Meaningful experience with B2B or platform surfaces such as admin, settings, identity, or permissions
- Ability to present two or more case studies showing thinking from problem framing through end-to-end user flows and interactions
- Comfortable using Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
- Experience designing complex, multi-step, cross-platform flows, including edge, error, and empty states
- Ability to explain design thinking clearly in writing and conversation with engineers, partners, and leadership
- Experience with identity, access management, or multi-tenant products is advantageous
- Experience contributing components or patterns to a design system is advantageous
- Experience in healthcare, dental, veterinary, or another regulated industry is advantageous
- Experience running user interviews and using product analytics such as Pendo, Sigma, Domo, or equivalent is advantageous
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid Form I-9 documentation
- Portfolio required; applications without a portfolio will not be considered
- Successful completion of a background check
