About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with 2–3 Account Executives and support multiple active Enterprise customer opportunities
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
Guide customers through Webflow’s evaluation process
Ensure solutions meet key business objectives and technical requirements
Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
Present demonstrations highlighting Webflow’s benefits for customer objectives and challenges
Lead hands-on workshops and trials
Influence product direction by representing the customer voice
Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives advancing Webflow’s mission
Travel up to 25%
Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Consultative approach and passion for helping customers solve problems
Strong storytelling within discovery and/or product demonstration sessions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solving and ability to automate routine tasks with AI
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Excellent coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
Enthusiasm for earning customer trust and deepening customer relationships
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Proactive adoption of AI and emerging technologies
Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones
Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment
