Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with 3-4 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities
Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
Guide customers through Webflow’s evaluation process
Ensure solutions meet key business objectives and technical requirements
Conduct discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
Present demonstrations highlighting Webflow’s benefits and ability to solve customer objectives
Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
Influence product direction by representing the customer voice
Support cross-functional initiatives advancing Webflow’s mission
Travel up to 25%
Report to the Manager, Solutions Engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
Consultative approach and passion for helping customers solve problems
Creative problem solving with AI where appropriate
Strong storytelling in discovery and/or product demo sessions
Understanding of APIs and web programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
Ability to work autonomously, creatively, and kindly with teammates
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Proactive embrace of AI and fluency in emerging technologies
Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones
Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment
