About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build production-quality reference websites and components for Webflow University courses, tutorials, and live training
- Shape technical curriculum with instructional designers and video producers
- Scope lesson demonstrations and learning objectives before development or filming
- Present technical content on camera for tutorials, courses, and live sessions
- Collaborate with video producers and instructional designers through pre-production, shooting, and review
- Serve as the education team’s technical subject matter expert
- Review content for technical accuracy and real-world applicability
- Keep the technical content library current as the Webflow platform evolves
- Partner with product and engineering teams to prepare education for upcoming launches
- Report to the Director, Education Video
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and design
- Fluency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Fluency using AI to write, review, and refine code, especially HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Expert-level Webflow and web development proficiency
- Portfolio of sites and components built
- Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work
- Willingness and ability to present on camera in a studio or from a home setup
- Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment
- Offer may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check
