About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Adolescent IOP groups Tuesday–Thursday from 3:30–6:30 p.m.
- Provide therapy and casework to assigned clients across office, telemedicine, and community settings
- Conduct assigned intake assessments and complete required paperwork
- Provide individual, family and/or multi-systems therapy
- Maintain timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record
- Participate in individual supervision with the Clinical Supervisor
- Present cases and clinical topics in team meetings
- Assess client needs and make appropriate referrals
- Develop treatment plans, quarterly reviews, discharge summaries, clinical progress notes, and other required documents
- Coordinate client and family transfer/discharge processes
- Consult with other departmental service lines
- Monitor treatment quality and evaluate services against treatment objectives
- Communicate with Psychiatric services to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives
- Comply with authorization and reauthorization processes
- Pursue professional growth through training, certification, and learning opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, from an accredited institution
- Experience providing individual, family and group counseling, preferred
- Required to provide proof of limited or full license in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose and objectives of the agency
