Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Design, Go-To-Market and other functions
  • Understand business problems, shape hiring briefs and define success criteria
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from intake and sourcing through offer and close
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent
  • Use direct outreach, referrals, talent pools, networks and recruitment tools
  • Advise hiring managers using market insight, talent data, candidate expectations and hiring trends
  • Create a phenomenal candidate experience through prompt, transparent and engaging communication
  • Provide constructive and positive candidate feedback by phone
  • Promote consistent, inclusive and fair hiring practices
  • Maintain and use TeamTailor ATS and accurate recruitment data
  • Improve recruitment processes, tools, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
  • Build future talent pipelines and help anticipate capabilities needed by Weel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for finding exceptional people and creating a compelling candidate experience
  • Ability to understand the business and teams beyond the recruitment brief
  • Ability to partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Design, Go-To-Market and other functions
  • Experience or capability in end-to-end recruitment, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
  • Ability to create sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, talent pools, networks and recruitment tools
  • Ability to use market insight and data to advise on talent availability, candidate expectations and hiring trends
  • Strong, prompt, transparent and engaging communication skills
  • Ability to provide meaningful, constructive and positive candidate feedback over the phone
  • Commitment to consistency, inclusion and fair candidate assessment
  • Ability to maintain accurate recruitment data and use TeamTailor ATS
  • Continuous improvement mindset for recruitment processes, tools, sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness and willingness to go beyond the obvious candidate pool
  • Creativity in reaching and engaging suitable candidates
  • Interest in AI and automation tools, including Claude Code
  • Commitment to diversity, individuality and equitable hiring
  • Growth mindset and willingness to seek feedback and learn
  • Agency recruitment experience is acceptable for candidates looking to move internally
