Billing Specialist

• Process home health billing for multiple payers
• Manage accounts receivable from admission through satisfaction of balance due
• Follow up on denied claims and delinquent accounts
• Perform collections and payment processing
• Ensure accurate billing for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private-pay claims
• Maintain patient billing files and EMR billing notes
• Perform light typing and correspondence
• Organize and perform work effectively and efficiently
• Maintain and promote customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate the Agency’s mission, vision, and values
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work under the supervision of the Revenue Cycle Director
