About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct and lead approximately 5-7 Multi-Site Managers overseeing 10-14 urgent care sites
  • Manage operations, coordination, performance results, and evaluation of assigned regional sites
  • Apply best practices, regulatory standards, and continuous improvement techniques to maximize efficiency
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Multi-Site Managers to assess, select, and hire regional team members
  • Implement hiring and retention strategies
  • Ensure site managers organize hiring, training, onboarding, scheduling, and inventory
  • Collaborate with Multi-Site Managers to optimize workflow, productivity, and efficiency
  • Evaluate manager performance, resolve issues, provide feedback, and take corrective action
  • Collaborate with operations and HR leaders on employee relations matters
  • Manage employee practices that empower and reward site teams
  • Solicit and respond to patient feedback to improve services and processes
  • Monitor P&L reports and align site revenues and expenditures with budgets
  • Respond to escalated patient grievances and operational issues
  • Provide input on initiatives, policies, and practices supporting company goals
  • Maintain a consistent presence at sites within the region
  • Conduct weekly calls and individual status meetings with Multi-Site Managers
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
  • Support urgent care, clinical teams, and patient experience initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant travel required – 90% of the time
  • 3-5 years’ experience supervising staff or documented performance
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation, employee management, and project implementation skills
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently use Health Information Technology (HIT) Systems, including running reports
  • Skill in organizing and establishing priorities
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent writing, editing and administrative skills
  • Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends
  • High School or GED required
  • College degree preferred
