About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the clinical expert while leading implementation of WellSky solutions for clients
- Bridge clinical workflows and solution functionality to ensure successful deployment, customization, and adoption
- Collaborate with project teams to complete implementation tasks
- Gather requirements and analyze clinical workflows
- Identify workflow challenges
- Engage with providers to review requests and offer recommendations based on clinical workflow knowledge
- Enhance patient care, treatment plans, and health outcomes
- Provide hands-on training to designated clients
- Guide clients through solution functionalities and features to increase utilization proficiency
- Apply industry compliance knowledge and established practices and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance
- Review factors for solution configurations and understand solution functionalities
- Troubleshoot technical issues to offer consultation and support
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years relevant work experience in a blood bank setting
- Proven experience implementing FDA 510(k)-cleared software solutions in clinical settings
- Demonstrated ability to design workflows, develop staff training programs, and author standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- In-depth knowledge of blood and cellular therapy regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with WellSky Transfusion, WellSky Blood Centers and/or WellSky Biotherapies solutions
- Knowledge of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, or audit readiness processes within blood management, laboratory, or healthcare settings
- Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States
