About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for care coordination and service delivery teams supporting healthcare programs
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to optimize care coordination and scheduling services
- Collaborate with senior executives to shape program strategies and address emerging healthcare delivery and payer-program trends
- Oversee scalable workflows, operational policies, and resource planning
- Lead cross-functional efforts to address systemic challenges, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance
- Use data analytics and KPIs to monitor program effectiveness and guide evidence-based decisions
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient and partner outcomes
- Present insights and recommendations in executive discussions
- Own operational strategy and execution of the ED Transitions model across ED and risk-bearing entity partnerships
- Develop performance management frameworks, productivity benchmarks, and operational dashboards
- Lead ED Transitions scalability initiatives, including workforce planning, operating model design, governance, implementations, and cross-functional collaboration
- Integrate technology-enabled workflows, analytics, AI-supported tools, and operational best practices
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 8-10 years related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4-5 years people management work experience
- Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
- Certain client-facing positions may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunizations and occupational health mandates
