About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a software development team and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to help team members grow professionally
- Own successful delivery of critical projects by managing timelines, resources, and risks

Requirements
