Key responsibilities & impact

Design complex, scalable, and maintainable software features across microservices, DDD/CQRS, and event-driven architectures
Work closely with solution managers, designers, and peers to translate requirements into aligned technical specifications
Analyze technical challenges and identify system bottlenecks
Author technical documentation to optimize large-scale transactional processing
Facilitate code reviews
Advocate for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies
Champion modern development best practices
Leverage AI tools and platforms, including developer copilots, in daily workflow
Contribute to software solutions that improve end-user efficiency and advance healthcare technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 4-6 years of relevant software engineering experience
Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
Experience or strong interest in using AI-assisted development tools is preferred
Experience with relevant backend technologies such as .NET/C#, Python, Java, or Ruby is preferred
Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue is preferred
Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes/Helm is preferred
Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, event-driven messaging, and relational/cloud databases is preferred
Healthcare tech interoperability, medical claims, or payroll accounting domain knowledge is preferred
