About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute global procurement strategies
Lead and scale the global procurement function
Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiations, renewals, and terminations
Ensure favorable commercial terms and effective risk management
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, tender processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations
Advise internal stakeholders on supplier selection, commercial decisions, and purchasing strategies
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7+ years in procurement
3+ years in a leadership role
Experience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT/tech industry
Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or PMP are a plus
Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems such as Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, or ServiceNow
Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills
Understanding of procurement compliance and risk management
Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives
