About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own relationships between Wellth and healthcare customers, typically large payer and provider organizations
- Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and performance of Wellth solutions
- Navigate complex healthcare organizations and coordinate with Sales to identify new opportunities and account expansions
- Act as a strategic partner to clients and proactively identify areas of opportunity
- Create and deliver customer-focused data analyses demonstrating program performance and value
- Represent the voice of the customer and champion customer needs internally
- Manage a portfolio of health plan and provider partners as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Lead program implementations from receiving data through presenting program outcomes, ensuring milestones and on-time go-lives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and help customers maximize value from the Wellth solution
- Coordinate regular remote and in-person meetings and presentations with cross-functional customer teams
- Analyze, design, and present program outcomes to healthcare executives, quantifying program impact
- Use data and customer priorities to support sales and renewal conversations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive initiatives and deliver value to partners
- Share best practices, streamline processes, and collaborate with customer success leaders
- Support program delivery and platform feature enhancements with Product leaders
- Work with Health Informatics Data Analysts and Data Engineers on data operations and outcomes analyses
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to craft messages and outcomes stories supporting commercial growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' experience in healthcare or a healthcare-focused market
- Account management and/or client-facing experience with health insurers and/or risk-bearing providers
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills, including leading implementations and/or other complex initiatives
- Experience working with senior healthcare executives
- Familiarity and willingness to work with healthcare data, such as Rx claims, eligibility files, and Acumen
- Understanding of the quality landscape, including experience supporting HEDIS performance improvement
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and develop creative solutions to complex client challenges
- Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a data-driven focus
- Availability for up to 30% travel
- Experience or familiarity with the digital health landscape and/or an early-stage company
- Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid programs
- Sales experience, including net new sales or expansions/renewals
- Experience with healthcare data and analyses
- SQL experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship is currently or prospectively required
