About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support to the After Hours and Intake team
  • Continuously improve the 24/7 support provided to the wider Wellways organisation
  • Perform duties as an After-Hours agent on a dedicated roster
  • Support After Hours program operations, including rostering and daily management
  • Supervise staff, provide performance development and training, and manage performance
  • Recruit and onboard staff, ensuring they are properly oriented, supported, and developed
  • Collect and report data for monitoring and evaluation
  • Improve system response to participants, ensuring services are accountable, available, and accessible
  • Maintain reporting and information systems
  • Build effective internal relationships to ensure consistent service delivery across the organisation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Current valid Driver’s Licence and ability to undertake some travel
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
