About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across the Wagga Wagga and Young hubs
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the clinical workforce
  • Help clinicians navigate complex situations, make sound clinical decisions, and deliver safe, high-quality care
  • Work with the Service & GP Partnerships Manager and Service Team Leaders to turn organisational priorities into daily practice
  • Bring clinical, peer, and psychosocial teams together to work effectively with participants, families, carers, and the wider care network
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and provide therapeutic interventions directly to participants
  • Support the capability, confidence, and development of the team
  • Lead multidisciplinary care for people experiencing severe and/or complex mental health needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and current registration or accreditation at the level required for the discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading frontline teams and coordinating daily operations, including responding to changing service priorities
  • Right to work in Australia
  • 100 points of ID
  • Valid Driver Licence and willingness to travel
  • Satisfactory National Police Record Check
  • International Police Check, if applicable
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – Quality, Safety and You
