About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across the Deniliquin and Griffith hubs
  • Support clinical staff to navigate complex situations and make sound clinical decisions
  • Deliver safe, high-quality care
  • Translate organisational priorities into meaningful day-to-day practice
  • Bring clinical, peer and psychosocial teams together to work effectively with participants, families, carers and the wider care network
  • Maintain a clinical caseload
  • Provide therapeutic interventions directly to participants
  • Support the capability, confidence and development of the clinical team
  • Lead daily operations and respond to changing service priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Current registration or accreditation at the level required for the discipline
  • Demonstrated experience leading frontline teams and coordinating daily operations
  • Right to work in Australia
  • 100 points of ID
  • Valid Driver Licence and willingness to travel
  • Satisfactory National Police Record Check
  • International Police Check, if applicable
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – Quality, Safety and You
