About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Salesforce as the commercial system of record, including its health, architecture, and evolution
- Run and improve the surrounding system landscape, including Weflow, Demodesk, Amplemarket, and integrations
- Drive Salesforce architecture improvements to make pipeline data trustworthy
- Build no-code/low-code configurations, including Flows, to solve recurring operational problems
- Own changes spanning Marketing, BizDev, Sales, CSM, Product, and Finance
- Ensure affected users adopt changes before considering them complete
- Use AI for daily administration, including drafting validation rules, auditing duplicates, and QA
- Provide technical mentoring to the Junior GTM Engineer
- Guide working students on Salesforce and systems topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or RevOps Systems Manager
- Experience in a fast-moving commercial/RevOps environment
- Ability to run and improve a CRM and surrounding tool landscape largely independently
- Deep no-code/low-code expertise, including configuration, flows, third-party applications, and integrations
- Ability to diagnose and fix data-quality and pipeline-data issues at the root
- Structured cross-team problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication
- Ownership mindset; builder rather than service-desk orientation
- Comfort working AI-first in daily administration
- Salesforce certifications and experience with other GTM tools
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
