About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide administrative support to the customers of the Sales team
Process orders and act as the primary contact for customer needs
Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations and build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication
Manage sales and customer calls
Respond to direct sales emails for information and/or forward messages and calls to the appropriate Sales person
Maintain customer needs to ensure proper order entry
Receive and enter sales orders in company EDI systems such as ITrade, Famous FIS Messenger, or customer portals, based on customer requirements
Send sales order passings as needed by sales team members via online
Process internal reporting information for the sales team to review and analyze
Perform other duties as assigned
Perform duties requiring prolonged sitting, occasional standing and walking, frequent hearing and speaking, computer and office equipment use, and occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying files and documents typically weighing less than 25 pounds

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2 Years of Customer Service experience preferred
Great problem-solving aptitude
Attention to Detail
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills (oral and written)
Ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure
Attentiveness and patience
Time-management skills
Ability to find the positive in any situation
Ability to work day shift, 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for overtime
