About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain agency relationships
Instruct agency personnel in the use of company online tools and submission of agency reports
Act as a liaison between the company, agents, and trade organizations
Use various sources to generate lists of new business prospects
Generate interest in Westcor through scheduling appointments, facilitating presentations, and building rapport to understand client needs
Provide exceptional customer service to expand sales for existing accounts
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Customer Service Oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals
Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively
Self-motivated
Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills
Ability to use computers, phones, copiers, printers, and other office machinery
Ability to meet the physical and visual demands of the role
