About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Enterprise initiatives implementing new products and enhancements to existing products and processes within Foreign Exchange Operations
Act as a Foreign Exchange back office subject matter expert with understanding of business needs, processes, change impact, and end-user experience
Test new products, enhancements, and changes in partnership with Quality Assurance and subject matter expert teams
Drive conversations and observations regarding work quality and testing success
Partner with operations and product subject matter experts, business leadership, project management, IT partners, and vendor partners
Configure, maintain, and optimize ION Spectrum queues and workflows
Execute and document testing in a dedicated test environment
Develop and maintain supporting processes and procedures aligned with operational controls and business requirements
Identify, develop, and write business unit requirements and system and functional requirements
Facilitate meetings and work independently or with team members to meet plans
Support and lead testing with SME business experts and project teams
Lead smaller-scale business unit efforts as functional project lead and prepare regular project status communications
Participate in process improvement initiatives and help drive smaller-scale automation projects
Ensure teams understand objectives and drive decisions on required changes and their priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or similar field
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Intermediate knowledge in banking or financial services operations domain
Experience writing business requirements working with subject matter expertise
Intermediate experience documenting workflows, processes, functional designs, and managing a timeline/project task list and testing/implementation effort
Intermediate payments knowledge, including FX Payments, SWIFT, RTP, Digital Assets, FTP/SFTP, and API banking (helpful)
Intermediate experience in FX Operations and experience with the ION Spectrum platform preferred
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
