Key responsibilities & impact

Manage client relationships and ensure excellent client service and delivery
Drive product efficiency projects and potentially lead other business-related projects
Collaborate with new business development staff on new business conversations with existing or prospective clients
Manage clients overseeing CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and reporting delivery with assigned client service associates
Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Trust clients
Review and accept new client relationships based on account acceptance policies and procedures
Provide quality service responsive to client needs and expectations
Identify business risks and operational challenges, mitigate risk, and enhance operating systems and processes
Coordinate development and implementation of operational changes
Potentially meet revenue, new business, and expense goals
Review client reporting and address required issues or changes
Provide clients with required information and respond to interested-party queries

What you’ll need

6+ years of related experience in Corporate Trust or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
May require up to 25% travel
