About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, deploy, and support AI agents and agent-based solutions across Microsoft AI and cloud platforms
Partner with Senior Engineers to align solutions with engineering standards, approved designs, architectural principles, and enterprise patterns
Participate in on-call rotations, incident response activities, and disaster recovery testing and exercises
Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures
Support delivery of AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Agent 365, and Microsoft Power Platform
Assist with design, development, testing, and support of AI agents, automation workflows, and related platform capabilities
Contribute to engineering projects and operational support activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, C#/.Net, or JavaScript/TypeScript) is required
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Knowledge of AI concepts and technologies, including AI models, MCP servers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), is preferred
Entry level knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred
Entry level experience from the classroom working with code repositories and automated code build solutions for CI/CD Pipelines
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
Ability to participate in on-call rotations, incident response activities, and disaster recovery testing and exercises
