Develop, maintain, and improve reporting solutions
Analyze large data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Ensure business data analysis needs are met while operating within data governance requirements
Deliver and communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to the assigned business line
Lead the design, build, and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools
Monitor key business performance metrics while upholding data and reporting standards
Identify and develop automation techniques to produce efficient and effective processes
Perform deep-dive analysis on large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and provide data-based recommendations
Translate business questions into analytical tasks that support strategic decisions
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
Design and implement systems that ensure data accuracy and reliability
Perform validation and quality checks
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve data accessibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with project management and managing multiple priorities and deliverables
Intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way
Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or machine learning preferred
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
