Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a senior technical contributor for the Entitlements Platform
Design, develop, and support secure, scalable applications managing identity, access, and entitlement services
Lead technical solution design and strategic project planning
Design and maintain applications using Angular, .NET, and SQL Server
Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Design and implement reliability practices and recovery procedures
Design transaction-specific application performance monitoring metrics for business partners
Develop and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and procedures
Develop desktop procedures when needed for others to follow
Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and industry standards
Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence through architecture, observability, resiliency, and operational best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of related experience in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of applications using Angular, .NET and SQL
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Strong front-end development with Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
Advanced back-end development using C#, .NET Core, and RESTful API design
Hands-on experience with SQL data modeling for scalable systems
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system design
Experience with Azure cloud services and building cloud-native applications
Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and automated deployments
Experience with monitoring, logging, and production support in enterprise environments
Strong system design skills for scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions
Ability to lead technical direction, mentor developers, and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Advanced proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with pipeline development and leveraging Azure DevOps while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced ability to align projects with organizational goals and lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Expertise in resolving conflicts, addressing challenges, identifying and mitigating project-level risks
Proficiency in governance patterns tied to intake, technical reviews, and architectural compliance
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
May require up to 25% travel
