About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate directly with clients’ finance teams to understand business needs and pain points
Gather requirements and craft tailored solutions to streamline financial processes
Configure financial ERP modules, including General Ledger, Cash and Bank, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Cash Flow, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, and Budgeting
Customize workflows and reports and integrate them with supply chain operations
Lead finance-module implementations from scoping and system setup through testing and go-live support
Analyze finance operations and propose process improvements and implementation plans
Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams
Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Mentor other consultants and provide guidance on best practices
Oversee financial-data migration from legacy systems and maintain data integrity
Design and build customized financial reports, dashboards, and analytics tools
Coordinate with project managers on deadlines, task hours, and client satisfaction
Monitor F&SCM updates and financial-technology developments
Collaborate with consultants and supply chain and production teams for cross-functional integration

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years or more experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Substantial AX/D365 F&SCM experience within finance
Dynamics AX/D365 F&O certifications recommended
Experience interfacing with end-users and gathering business requirements
Ability to build strong client relationships and articulate how Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM can add value to their business
Experience designing and coordinating multiple AX/D365 F&O full-cycle deployments
Experience with multiple successful implementations, both on-site and remote
At least two F&SCM-related Microsoft certifications required
Strong organizational and communication skills
