About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan processes supporting the Strategic Retail business
Perform detailed financial, profitability, customer, and performance analyses
Serve as a day-to-day finance business partner to Retail and Sales leaders
Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance
Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and management reporting tools
Monitor business performance and identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends
Analyze revenue, margin, expenses, and investment performance
Support customer profitability analysis and strategic account planning initiatives
Prepare periodic financial reports, business reviews, forecasts, and presentations for leadership teams
Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Operations, Accounting, and other cross-functional stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Participate in Finance and CFO organization projects and special business initiatives
Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to team members as applicable
Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis processes
Experience developing and maintaining financial models and business analyses
Knowledge of advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Visa sponsorship is not available
Candidates must be based in Atlanta or Miami
Experience supporting retail, commercial, sales, consumer products, or customer-facing organizations
Experience supporting strategic retail accounts or large customer portfolios
Experience with Essbase, Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or similar planning and reporting systems (preferred)
MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced credential (preferred)
