  • Drive strategic planning, execution governance, and program management across assigned functional pillars
  • Partner with executive leadership to create integrated business plans

  • Serve as a key advisor to senior leaders by providing strategic insights, financial oversight, and leadership on enterprise initiatives
  • Create and manage strategic and execution frameworks across assigned business and functional pillars
  • Provide visibility to stakeholders on integrated functional plans aligned to strategic priorities
  • Track deliverables, commitments, milestones, and performance metrics
  • Lead strategic planning activities and represent the function during enterprise planning processes
  • Manage programs and projects to ensure resource allocation and maximize return on investment
  • Develop and maintain integrated strategic plans, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Create and communicate executive-level updates and cohesive narratives
  • Act as a proxy for the executive leader in strategic discussions and decision-making when appropriate
  • Represent the head of the function in internal meetings, cross-functional initiatives, and business reviews
  • Provide financial management oversight, analysis, and support
  • Partner with leadership teams on cross-company initiatives and strategic transformation efforts
  • Lead high-priority strategic projects assigned by executive leadership
  • Ensure efficient, effective, and lean departmental operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in strategic planning, business operations, finance, program management, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
  • Strong strategic planning, program management, and execution management capabilities
  • Experience managing complex initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams to common goals
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level reporting, business cases, and strategic frameworks
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to make sound business decisions and provide recommendations in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives and driving enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Preferred: Experience working in large, global, matrixed organizations
  • Preferred: Background in financial planning, business operations, or corporate strategy
  • Preferred: Experience leading enterprise transformation, change management, or strategic business initiatives
  • Preferred: Proven success influencing executive stakeholders and driving organizational alignment
