Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery process
Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF, and support corrective actions where needed
Manage sales orders
Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates
Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform, Transus
Contribute to continuous improvement projects across customer service processes
Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Sales teams
Gain hands-on experience across customer order fulfilment and planning

What you’ll need

Secondary School Diploma (high school education)
Fields of study such as Business Studies, Office Administration, Languages, Business Organization, or a related discipline are considered an asset or equivalent through experience
Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and driven, with energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
Ability to connect information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions
Resilient and results-oriented approach
Strong administrative and communication skills
Fluency in French highly desirable
