About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own features end-to-end across mobile apps and customer portals
  • Translate user needs and technical requirements into actionable user stories and sprint priorities
  • Improve usability and streamline digital onboarding workflows for fleet managers and drivers
  • Participate in customer calls and field research with fleet managers
  • Analyze operational feedback, behavioral data, and dashboards to guide product trade-offs
  • Formulate hypotheses and test workflow improvements to measure adoption and deliver team OKRs
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX design, operations, marketing, commercial teams, and merchant partners
  • Create prototypes and test concepts with UX teams before engineering build-out
  • Support third-party partner and EV charging network integrations, real-time authorizations, and session management
  • Enable onboarding, reporting, and operational support across public, private, and home charging scenarios
  • Work with vehicle data and connected-car capabilities to optimize fleet energy consumption and operational efficiency
  • Test and troubleshoot EV solutions with internal operations and customers in real-world scenarios

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience
  • Track record of owning features or product capabilities through the full development lifecycle
  • Ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, and deliver value iteratively in an agile environment
  • Experience conducting customer discovery and field research with fleet managers and drivers
  • Ability to review behavioral data/dashboards and speak directly with users and operations teams
  • Ability to leverage vehicle data to build tools that optimize energy consumption and monitor operational efficiency
  • Familiarity collaborating with product designers and leveraging AI/design tools for quick workflow prototyping
  • Ability to communicate clearly across engineering, business, and operational teams
  • Experience or background in EV charging networks, connected fleet data, payments, or API-based partner integrations (nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience with fleet management systems or B2B platforms (nice to have)
  • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT for cross-functional delivery (nice to have)
